Distance Runners!

At the weekend, some of our Year 5 and 6 pupils sacrificed their early Saturday morning to take part in a cross-country competition at Merchant Taylor's school. Mrs Metcalfe joined the children and was extremely proud of their efforts with all children completing the 2000m run successfully. They demonstrated resilience and perseverance against some strong competition! Well done to all involved and many thanks to our parents for bringing them along. It was an enjoyable morning!
