Christmas dinner was absolutely delicious! It was fabulous to return to a traditional Christmas dinner and we were very full at the end of it. It is amazing that our kitchen staff produce such a feast for nearly 400! I am really grateful to our cook, Mrs Coughlin, and all her team for their hard work.
