Alice's Adventures in Wonderland Day

Class: Year 4 Year: 2021 - 2022

In English this term, Year 4 have explored fantasy genres with a specific focus on Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland.

To celebrate all our learning and to further immerse ourselves into this fantasy world, we enjoyed a themed day based upon the novel. During the day we were able to explore some of our favourite characters including, The Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts, as well as put ourselves into Alice’s shoes by writing a diary entry from her perspective. We then enjoyed a Tea Party where we wore our ‘mad hats’ to add to the special atmosphere.
